Norris Family Plumbing

At 1:45 PM I saw my water heater leaking. I called three different plumbers and Norris Family Plumbing was the only one that responded promptly. He was competitive in his pricing and adjusted his schedule to install a new water heater the same day. By 4:00, Norris had my new water heater completely installed ad operating. I will call him first with any other plumbing needs I might have. A1 in every respect!!!

Fast, friendly, and reasonable prices; not sure what else one might be looking for in a plumber! Norris Family Plumbing made the process of getting a new water heater super quick and easy, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Not to mention that they noticed my HVAC was short cycling because I had my filter in backwards and fixed that for me too! As a new homeowner, it's really intimidating to have to hire contractors and not know who to trust; I lucked out with Norris Family Plumbing and I'll be calling them back for all future plumbing needs :)

Mike and his associate (I apologize, I forgot his name), were most courteous, responsive to my needs, answered all my questions and performed my replacement water heater expediently. What I particularly appreciated is speaking to Mike personally when I first called for an estimate and not having to deal with a call center representative or having to navigate my way through a bunch of automated messages, menu items and then having to wait for a return call. Iâ ll definitely use them again should I encounter another plumbing problem.

Mike was responsive to (my many) questions and is very knowledgable. He explained the options I had to replace my leaking water heater. When I settled on a solution, he did the job the next day, quickly and efficiently.

Category options donâ t really explain the help this company, Mike provided. Thought had problem A cause Iâ m unwise-explained my water pressure issue after he called ME from a random email. Walked me through trouble shooting over the phone. Basically realized it was water softener related. At house next morning. Offered to install that day! Didnt work for me-came back days later. Stop looking or calling around this is your company/dude. The big plumbing company ought to fear this dude. Telling ya, whoever reads this.

We needed a gas valve replaced on a furnace. Mike responded promptly when I requested an estimate and, was able to come next day and even though it was not a plumbing repair, he had someone on staff who specializes in HVAC and was able to come out and fix the heater. Mike and Steve got the work done efficiently and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I will definitely use them again.

Good at His job

This was the second project we hired Mike for, and have been beyond pleased both times. When the manufacturer offered a discount after Mike had already quoted us a price, he passed along the discount to us, so the project came in at even lower than the original quote. Mike is honest, knows what he's doing, and does great work. We will definitely hire him for any future plumbing needs.

We have had Norris Family Plumbing do several plumbing jobs, as well as the tankless water heater installation! We used them for walk in shower in our master bath and new tub and surround in the guest bath! All jobs were done very professionally ! Mike is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable about plumbing ,honest and dependable! He took great care in removing the old tub and shower surround and never entered the house without first putting on booties over his work boots! I very much appreciated the respect he showed for keeping my house clean while performing all that demo !
