  • Bloomington Maintenance LLC Fire,Flood Restoration
Bloomington maintenance came in and really did an awesome job turning my basement into a man cave. They really exceeded my expectations. I felt like they did the job like it was his own house. He was very resourceful and everything I needed done and more was done. The price was great, everything about it was a great experience. Thank you bloomington maintenance..

I was very impressed with all facets of Mr. Pranges work. Started on time. Very particular about doing each job correctly. Had a schedule and had all the right tools to take care of my many jobs. I was so impressed with him I recommended ho to my neighbor who is looking to do some room remodeling. I will definitely consider Mr. Prange for any future remodeling projects as well as suggest his talents to friends. My wife and I were very pleased with his work. This is one of the first things I have purchased through Angies List and was most pleased with the results

Our remodel went extremely well with excellent results. We highly recommend Aaron Prange and Built by you to anyone considering a remodel or building their own home. Aaron lined up his contractors who arrived on time and completed the work quickly and with beautiful results. Subcontractors were scheduled concurrently for back to back such that our times without the conveniences of a kitchen were at a bare minimum. Additionally, the quality of the completed work was outstanding and performed by people I welcomed into my home and around my family. Aaron put me at ease with my own budgetary constraints and often found ways to come in under budget without sacrificing quality or our overall goals. Aaron always made me feel that my remodel was just as important as other larger home building projects that he may have had at the time. Aaron was always accessible; he was usually on site on a daily basis, expediting the work being done or handling any issues that arose. If not on site, Aaron called to check on the work done that day or to inform us of who and what to expect the next day, including work to be done and what time to expect workers to arrive. In short, his people arrived on time, did exactly the work I expected, were courteous and cleaned up after themselves, and like Aaron, followed through to ensure our satisfaction

It went really well, we started designing in Feb 2014, with construction beginning in Aug. It wasn't an easy build (thru a wet winter). But we made it through, moving in in March. Aaron was extremely helpful, guiding my wife and I through-out. If we were to build again I would definitely use Aaron. Thank

  • Cornerstone Builders of Terre Haute, Inc.
Cornerstone Builders exceeded our expectations! If I had to do it all over again, I would have did the exact same thing because of them. They were professional and did an unbelievable job. Our home was everything we had dreamed of and more. They took the time to help with every single aspect of our build from the smallest detail to the largest concern. Not only were they contractors but they became friends. We couldn't be happier

  • Bailey & Weiler Design/Build
We hired Bailey & Weiler to help us spec and quote out a basement finishing project. We built our house 3 years ago but our basement was entirely unfinished. With B&W's excellent suggestions and guidance, we received a very detailed quote and from there, they allowed us to customize what we would tackle at this time to meet our budget. They and the contractors they subbed out to were extremely professional and efficient in their work. We were incredibly satisfied with the quality of work and greatly appreciated the feedback and guidance we received when we asked questions. We would highly recommend Bailey & Weiler to any friend, family or stranger! They are an excellent company doing excellent work and deserve your attention

  • TA Fuller Homes Inc
Mr. Fuller came out to our (rather distant) rural site very often; more than we had expected, and really seemed to stay on top of our project. The estimate and floor plan he provided was informative and detailed, and he was very patient with us in many back-and-forth exchanges in nailing things down before the building contract was signed. He gave us good guidance and rational advice. We were very pleased that there were no surprises with prices after the contract was signed--the agreed upon price was what we paid, except in instances where we later decided upon changes or upgrades. Mr. Fuller was flexible when we changed our mind about things during construction and always maintained a cool and professional demeanor through challenges. He had no problem with us wanting to do some minor work ourselves and provide some of our own fixtures and supplies to manage costs. We had been trying for some time to figure out how to fit in everything we wanted to add to the home and had been unable to find a solution until consulting Tom, who designed a plan that actually included every element we wanted. We were very pleased with Tom Fuller, himself, but less pleased with the quality of some of his sub-contractors (although others were very good). Tom was very interested in making sure we were satisfied with the product. Most all of the problems we faced could be attributable to the challenges of adding on to an existing home and would likely not be encountered in a completely new home construction. For example, the foundation was not poured square with the existing home, and that presented continued challenges for the project. Many accommodations were made to overcome this. The floor in the additions required adding an unanticipated subfloor layer to achieve appropriate height. Placement of the new furnace and ductwork was not ideal. On a more positive note, the siding work looks fantastic and very professional. This, and other workmanship, inside and out, effectively disguise the fact that it is an addition and not an original part of the house. The excavator did a good job with the grading and provided knowledgeable and helpful suggestions about how to improve drainage from this challenging building site. Overall, we are happy with the finished product, would recommend this contractor, and would use them again

  • TA Fuller Homes Inc
He was excellent. He was on time. He cleaned up after himself. He was responsive to our questions and remained responsive after the work was done. When we first contacted him, he got back to us immediately. He came, did the estimates, followed through with the paper works, and met with us numerous times. He was on the site everyday while the construction was being done. He always followed up and continues to whenever we have questions. His price was very competitive

  • TA Fuller Homes Inc
I would highly recommend T.A. Fuller Homes to any prospective homeowner. Tom, the builder, is honest and gets the job done right. I had a limited budget to work with and, throughout the building process, I added a number of upgrades. Tom was very patient in checking various prices and options for these upgrades. He also stayed on budget. Although I've lived in my home for just over two years now, I still contact him every now and then with questions about the house and he is always very responsive when I do so. In short, if you are looking for a good, honest builder, Tom's your man

Steve, Dick, Randy, Mark and Kim Carmichael built our house and did a fantastic job. Almost 12 years later, it's as solid as a rock.
