"CSI, and specifically Przemek Rabin, did great work for us on our property. When I called John, he answered the phone, took the time to talk with me and understand what the situation was. Once I had Przemek go over there and give us a bid, their value and pricing was fair, they got to work. They completed the work and additional work necessary for the property almost 2 weeks quicker than quoted. Przemek kept us up to date and informed of everything as well as sent photos almost daily to let us know how things were progressing. It wasn't an easy process, and there was a few hiccups along the way, but we got through it and hope to use their services again. Highly recommend!"

"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. By that I mean a unexpectable quality of work (cosmetically, performance structurely, and ability to rectify their obviously bad job). Even after Jack with coach house agreed that he would not be happy if this driveway was done at his house Noone hass kept any of their promises to help make it right.
