"I was notified as they departed for our house and I instructed where the tank was located. This was great for me as I was running other errands before they arrived.  When I got home the operator was wrapping up.  We have a small tank by today's standards so it didn't take very long to pump.
The operator was very courteous and diligent in regards to cleaning up any spillage that is common in this process.  No worries.
This was the second time we've used them and they'll be on our list for years to come. 
Ironically, one of my errand stops has used Max's for over 30 years and had recently had service performed at their house by the same driver that was heading to my residence.  That was an unexpected boost that we had chosen correctly!

"After the buyer of our house got the inspection report back, I called Service Works to have my water heater replaced. During the call I found that they could complete the other stuff I needed done as well! They replaced our water heater, 4 windows around the house and replaced our back door. I don?t know if the timing was perfect but they were able to come out that weekend and completed everything. They ran a magnet after to get any nails that had fallen and cleaned up everything.
