"I had a totally stopped up kitchen drain. Greenwell unstopped the clog and redid the plumbing under the kitchen sink. It reclogged up again, and Greenwell came out and had to run a snake again, and unclogged it again, free of charge. After the first time they were here if it clogged up again, they come back and fix it free of charge for 120 days after initial visit. Been great ever since. Would highly recommend."

"Showed up on time and were very courteous and professional when speaking about the project. Snaked the main sewer drain, one toilet and replaced one toilet. When using a snake to unblock a toilet, they made quite a mess on the walls. Was never cleaned by them or told about it before they left. Found it after they finished the job. The toilet they installed runs after flushing. Have to constantly wiggle the handle after flushes."

"They contacted me quickly. They were ready to come the next day, but I put them off a day to prepare. Dennis, the plumber, arrived on time and was polite and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and left everything clean. I asked for advice about some other plumbing problems and he was knowledgeable and very helpful. I'll have them do the other work as soon as I have the area prepared. Overall, a model experience."

Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes.
