And because he discovered the reason for the break, the company who put their line in under our sewer line (causing our problem) agreed to pay the bill. So, no cost to us. As owners of a small business also, it was nice to have hardworking, professionals doing the job they said they would do until completed. The price was reasonable and they traveled from Martinsville to Franklin. The four other plumbers (we know personally) that we called in our hometown did not even return our call. "I was notified as they departed for our house and I instructed where the tank was located. This was great for me as I was running other errands before they arrived.  When I got home the operator was wrapping up.  We have a small tank by today's standards so it didn't take very long to pump.
The operator was very courteous and diligent in regards to cleaning up any spillage that is common in this process.  No worries.
