"Don did a phenomenal job at his workshop (home garage). He knows his metallurgy, is a consummate professional; working carefully. It took him a little while to respond to my initial request for an appointment, but after that he was responsive and courteous. The item I brought to Don is a bike AND adult Tricycle carrier, the carrier is heavy (75+ lbs) and complicated. The various components used to accommodate the bike and tricycle would loosen and shift. After I made certain that the bike and trike would sit properly on the carrier, Don did 17 spot welds to permanently lock the various components in place. I would employ Don in the future and highly recommend him for any welding job; large and small."

They were prompt, efficient, and left our property looking great. Many times I have seen front yards absolutely dug up and muddy from the same type of work. Augusta leveled out where they had dug up, seeded AND put down straw and netting to keep to protect the patches. And best of all, their pricing was one of the lower quotes we got! They don't overcharge and do a fantastic job."

The repair lasted for months with the repair tech constantly messing up. And in the end the Better Business Bureau had to step in to get Service Plus to complete the repairs. The repairs are now done... improperly (toilet wobbles and is on an angle). And the company DOES NOT stand by their guarantee! If you a misdiagnosed overpriced repair done incorrectly and then be ghosted by the company..then Service Plus is your company!"
