It was a very good service, they came out and provide competitive estimates. They were able to complete it for just a couple of weeks and they were very responsive.

Bullseye does a great job installing fences, and ours looks great! My only concern and at times, frustration, is the lack of customer service provided by this company. They are not altogether easy to work with, once the check is written.

Concrete footings too small, allowing wind to tilt fence and breaking the top backer rails in the vicinity with fence falling over there, and this within 3 years of installation. Bullseye would not repair without charging for the work. Second section in another part of the fence had it's top backer rail also break in half due to flawed lumber (large knot in center of board).

We had multiple of the big names come out and Bullseye was the most professional from the beginning. They listened to what we wanted, come up with solutions, and to be honest..they were not sloppy, or in a hurry and acted like they were a professionals there to do a job. The estimator that came out is the reason we chose them to begin with. The pricing was in the middle. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. We did have to call them back our after the install to adjust our gate but they were quick to respond and came out immediately. We would recommend them.

First off, their vinyl fence offerings are fantastic. Bufftech product. Far superior than the other offerings from other companies I looked at. More options, For 3K more on my project, I went from generic white, really flimsy (other companies) to Clay, stiff (Top and bottom steel reinforcement) color fade resistant. Looks incredible. When the material was received, it had color flaws, so they sent it back. Most companies would have installed it anyway. Great communication. Great crew, done when they said it would be done. Looks great. Great company to work with. No complaints.

I had 256' of shadowbox fence replaced because one side fell over and it was about 20 years old. The guys who actually put up the fence were awesome - did quick work, did an awesome job, were professional, and didn't leave any problems in the yard. The office staff or sales people are an absolute nightmare. they are unresponsive and do not communicate at all. We had to reach out to them to get any communication. They didn't give us any time frame for when the guys would arrive, leave, be done, anything. They hit an irrigation line (which we knew could happen) - no one cared to tell us until WE TEXTED THEM ASKING WHEN THEY WOULD COME BACK - the next day. I luckily found it the night before when I walked the yard checking - but you would expect for $9,000 someone would give you a heads up. Took about 6 weeks to even get on the schedule. They do good work, just not easy to work with.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] is incorrect on everything stated regarding the office staff & sales people in the review other than that we neglected to notify of the irrigation cut line which we apologized for not making him aware of the day it happened & let them know the following day. The customer must not have read the Project Process that was attached to the email sent along with the proposal dated 3/12/19 which outlines installation. This process is also explained on the front end by our sales reps when meeting for an onsite estimate. The customer let us know they had received Home Owner's Association approval, 4/11/19, we told them we put them in the construction queue at that time & would reach out in 2 - 3 weeks to make arrangements for a preconstruction meeting with our project manager. Our project manager called 4/26/19 & scheduled the preconstruction meeting for the following week. The crew installed the fence the week of 5/5 which was within our 6 - 8 week lead time from when the customer committed, 3/12. During the entire installation our project manage communicated via text message to the customer udating on the schedule as to when the crew would be on the property installing the fence. The installation went without a hitch other than the cut irrigation line which we apoligize for not letting the customer know the day it happened when excavating post holes."

It went well. Everyone was professional, and the only issue I had regarding the placement of shorter sections, was remedied. My lesson regarding fences was to review the placement of 8' lengths vs any shorter/cut lengths. I wanted the cut sections in an inconspicious areas. Bullseye was very easy to work with.

Amanda visited our home from Bullseye Fence Design, Inc and recommended a 4-board Crossbuck product manufactured by Bufftech. She did a good job explaining the fence options and relative costs, plus answering my questions. Then, she followed up with that information in a detailed work Proposal/Quote. The work was about 8 weeks out when the contract was signed, and at 2 weeks before start my design Project Manager Andy Passwater met me on site. He did a very good job discussing the options and work details specific to my property, and answered my questions well. The work went just as promised and expected (see above), and in two days I had a beautiful and very sturdy fence. They trimmed my bushed beforehand very nicely, and carried the dirt to the site I specified. The clean up was excellent, and the crew was most polite and accommodating. Their professionalism and experience put me a great ease. I strongly recommend Bullseye Fence Design, Inc.

Overall went well. Wrought iron fence was installed for our backyard. They were able to get the style of fencing that would ensure small dogs (puppy guard) would be contained without issue. They knew the requirements for our town and help complete all necessary paperwork. Pricing was fair and the best of the estimates that we received. Very thorough explanations and responsive staff. Install went well, looks great, functions appropriately.

Took a total of 2 days. I was at work for both. There was nothing for me to do but enjoy my new fence. Neighbors very complimentary of new fence and I’m very happy-worth every penny and they will cover issues for one or two years. 172’ with 2x 48” gates. Steel posts instead of traditional wood posts added to the cost but was the right choice for this project for ease in maintenance and overall longevity.

They did an amazing job. Had to reschedule a couple times, but that was out of their control as we were trying to install a fence in the dead of winter, so weather was a huge factor. Their crew were fast, friendly, and considerate. Cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. Overall great service and experience.

We were very pleased with the entire process with Bullseye. I received their information from my brother who had a fence installed by them last year. Our salesman Andy and Project Manager Rod were all punctual, responsive and professional. They offered suggestions and good options for us to consider. Even the install team worked efficiently and communicated well with us. We did have one some hiccup with a single gate. It was installed too high and they asked if I wanted it lowered, which we agreed. We walked around the final installed product and noticed that particular gate had a stripped bolt in it, a split board and exposed holes in the post. We sent photos to Andy and Rod and they had someone out right away to fix the issues. We didn't mind, things happen and we were very pleased on their responsiveness to our concern and remedy. We would refer Bullseye to others and would use them again.

Great! Bullseye did a great job assisting me with designing a fence solution for a multi-acre property that would protect my dogs and my budget. I didn't even really look for anyone else. We liked them so much, we just went with whatever price they gave us on that. We had gigantic cedar posts put in for the gates to make it look like a giant Japanese garden gate to come in to the place. We don't go on elaborate vacations; we'd rather stay at home, so we figured we might as well make the place look how we want it. It's just under three quarters of an acre with an all cedar fence around it. The whole house is now enclosed, so we can keep our windows open day and night without having to worry. I can't say enough about them. The people were great, they're fast, and you can't beat the fence. It still looks beautiful. They're good, they answered all my questions, and they even came out of their way. They're doing such good business they don't really come this far south, but since we've done business with them before, they came back down to finish up the property for us. They were here when they said they'd be here, so I'd give them an A for that. I'd give them straight A's. Unfortunately, I have a neighbor who does not tend to his trees at all, so we've already had one of his trees come through our property and do quite a bit of damage. So when I get too old to make repairs myself, I most probably will have them come back again if needs be.
