"My husband decided on a Sunday that he wanted to propose to me on a trip we were taking on the following Friday. Everyone there was so helpful and they even promised they would have the ring sized, set and completely ready by Thursday! Four days! They were able to get everything done in four days! Our wedding bands were also custom made to match the pattern on my engagement ring. They told me I could come in any time to get my rings polished at no cost. It was always fun to get my rings back and realize how dirty they really were and have them back to their original sparkle! I went back in there about a month ago to have my 10 year old band fixed and it was done in less than a week without charge. They've also fixed a bracelet of mine that wasn't even purchased there."
