The prices seemed a little high, but they did do a lot of stuff. We have used Marathon Auto Care off and on for a few years.

We took the car in with a radiator issue. They identified a leaking radiator and replaced it, within the day.

The service manager "Mark", he always kept me up to date what was going on.
He would let me know what needed to be done, and how much before hand.

We were worried we'd have to take the car to a BMW dealer, which we know would have cost a bundle. I was gassing my car and noticed they had service bays, so asked if they fixed BMWs, which they did. The manager was down to earth, friendly, and clearly out to make sure they did the best possible fix on our car. We were really pleased.

Have used them several times in the past - always courteous and explain all the repairs in detail with a price quoted up front. They always try to make time for "car emergencies" without a scheduled appointment.

Brought it in and within 2-3 hours had a full assessment of problems and an estimate. When I picked it up the cost was less due to a problem being solved without having to replace a part.

OVERALL, WE HAVE GOOD LUCK WITH THEM. THEY ARE VERY DETAILED IN THEIR BILLING BY THOROUGHLY EXPLAINING WHAT THEY DID TO YOUR CAR. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE. THEY ARE THE TYPE OF COMPANY THAT YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CAR BACK TO IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT.

MAX,THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS VERY CORDIAL AND EXPLAINED THAT WORK SHOULD BE DONE WITHIN ONE DAY AND IT WAS. A VERY ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. CALLED ON FRIDAY AND GOT IN ON SATURDAY.

CALLED MAX AT MARATHON AUTO AFTER HAVING BEEN GIVEN A LAUNDRY LIST OF PROBLEMS AND A QUOTE OF $2300 FOR REPAIRS AT DEALERSHIP. MAX WAS ABLE TO TAKE MY CAR IMMEDIATELY. HIS REVIEW OF MY VEHICLE DETERMINED SAME ISSUES AS THE DEALERSHIP (WHICH HE WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT) BUT HIS PRICES FOR PARTS & LABOR WERE MUCH MORE REASONABLE. HE WORKED LATE PROVIDE REPAIRS IN TIMELY MANNER. HE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITH STATUS UPDATE AND WAS CAREFUL TO EXPLAIN ALL PROBLEMS, THOUGHTS ON NECESSARY MAINTENANCE, AND COSTS THOROUGHLY. WE HAVE NOT STOPPED TALKING ABOUT THE EXEMPLARY SERVICE MAX PROVIDED!
