After getting an estimate from a high-end jeweler, I checked with Master Jewelers and was so pleased with their estimate and skilled job with my rings, I will never use anyone else!

They did a fine job. But for one little solder on the chain I didn't think it should have taken 2 weeks to get back.

Great. Friendly staff, clear in explanations and expected repair cost. Applied the appraisal fee to the repair work. Ready for me to pick up as projected. I didn't realize the kind of cleaning they would also give it. Really sparkled.

It went well overall. One of the prongs broke off within the first 48 hours, probably because of all the work they had done to the ring. When I brought the ring in the next day, they quickly agreed to replace the missing diamond and fix the broken prong at no charge. They also offered to clean and examine the ring for free at any time. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the overall cost. I chose to pay it, even though it was higher than another quote I had received, because several people had recommended them so highly - mainly based on their quality and integrity.

Went to Shane Co first. Was told my diamond had a chip and was worth nothing as a trade in. Felt devastated. It would have been worth $1250.00. Went for a second opinion, at Master Jewlers, and was told there, that they could not find any chip or crack, but they only delt with trade in of 1 carrot and up. After telling her, that Mine had been purchased at Gordon's jewlers, 14 years ago. I was told that Gordon's is merged with Zales, and that would be my best bet. To make a long story short, Zales honored my agreement, and gave me $2458.00, in trade in, on my new Laser Certifiied 1 carot Diamond Solitare ring. If we had not stopped at Master Jeweler, I would have just been stuck with a so called "Chipped Diamond" SinceI have a full carot now, and when I decide to upgrade, Master Jewlers, will be my first consideration.

The diamond in my wedding ring was very loose, and when I had gone to the jeweler where it had been purchased, they told me the band itself had worn so thin that it was about to break. They suggested I get a new band and have the diamond set in it. However, after looking at all the bands they had, I really didn't like any they had to offer. Fearing I might lose the diamond, I put it in my jewelry box and hadn't worn it for over a year. My daughter wanted to get a generational hand picture at her upcoming wedding, and asked me to get my ring fixed.

After looking on Angie's List, I decided to go to Master Jewelers to see what they had. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew what I didn't like. I wanted something a little different than the and quot;cookie cutterand quot; ring that looked like everyone else's. Mike was wonderful to work with, and after listening to what I liked and didn't like in a ring, suggested that we have one made. He sketched several options, and after a couple of tweeks, he had designed a beautiful individualized ring that cost no more than if I had purchased a and quot;cookie cutterand quot; ring. I was so thrilled with the ring when it came in, that I decided to buy my husband a new wedding band (which he loved as well) to celebrate the marriage of our only daughter. As the week of the wedding drew close, my daughter didn't have her and quot;something old, something borrowed, something blueand quot; yet. I had a sapphire ring that I had gotten when I was pregnant with her that had lost one of the sapphires. I brought it in to Mike, who quickly replaced the missing stone, and I gave it to my daughter to wear on her special day.

I will definitely come back to Master Jewelers for all my future jewelry needs, and would highly recommend them!

The setting on my wedding ring needed to be checked for loose prongs and possible damage caused by accidental rough wear and tear. They inspected the ring and determined that no cracks existed in the gold. I appreciated their honesty!
Also, they were able to make necessary minor repairs to the setting during my visit and at no charge!
The ring has been worn for over 25 years and has been rebuilt by Master Jewelers in the past (they did an excellent job replacing a stone and rebuilding the setting at that time).

Master Jewelers did an amazing job at making a custom made ring inspired and designed to go over my wedding band tattoo! They created a beautiful ring and had it to me by my time deadline. I would highly recommend anyone for their custom work.
Mike was awesome to work with!

Took my watch for repair. When I picked it up it still wasn't working. They didnt even check it before calling me to come pick it up. So they sent it back. A 2 week repair now took a month. When I picked it up it seemed fine. The next few days I realized that when I tilt my wrist to look at the time the watch hands fall down. The second hand doesn't tick every second, it ticks at times every second and most times every 2-3 seconds. While I'm sure they are good at their craft in jewelry I would suggest staying away from them for watch repair.

They did a really good job, called me before they did the repair because the costs ended up being more expensive. They did a beautiful job on the repair.

I had four earrings that were given to me by my daughter in law with Native Alaskan bone in them. I bought a sterling silver necklace from Master Jewelers. They took the dangling part from the earring and put it on the necklace. Their customer service was very good. Their professionalism on the phone and in the shop were excellent. They were very accommodating. I would recommend them for someone who wants to do the same type of work or any jewelry reconstruction.

  • Very nice overall. In addition to cleaning and polishing the ring and bracelet that were repaired, the jewelry I was wearing at the time was also cleaned at no charge. The clasp on a pendant I was wearing was also tightened at no charge. I also brought in an earring which I had found and asked if the stone was real. Again, at no charge, I was informed it was not.

Appraisals are performed at $55 for the first item and $80 an hour for more than one item, which I find to be very reasonable. This is a full-service jewelry shop . A watchmaker is employed there as well.

Master Jewelers will have all my jewelry business in the future. I plan to go there until all my jewelry is appraised or repaired.
