Wonderful! Monique was able to fix watch by putting it on a machine that redid the settings! Works great! Appreciate all that Monique, Nicole, and Cherie do to help customers! Great place to take any watch or jewelry that needs repair. They also have a nice variety of watches and jewelry to buy!

Rudy’s Watch & Jewelry Repair in Brownsburg is great! I want to put in a good word for this wonderful business that I have gone to over the years. They have a great selection of watches. With the help of Monique, Nicole, Pablo, and Cherie, I found a perfect watch for my brother’s birthday! He wanted a stretch band, and they looked through boxes of watch bands to find the one that would work best with the watch. Nicole found the perfect band! They are so good with customers and really go the extra mile to make your visit the best! They are expert in metal frame repair—Jon did a soft weld on the frame to my brother’s glasses—and Monique is expert in cleaning frames and rings with an ultrasonic method that removes grime and tarnish without chemicals. The glasses looked new! His ring glistened! His smile was priceless! My glasses also looked better than they have in years! Rudy’s truly treats customers like family and made us feel special. I highly recommend this wonderful, honest, compassionate, and caring family business!

The whole thing worked out very well. The lady was very friendly and we were out in less than 10 minutes.

They repaired initally what was obviously broken. When I continued to have problems with the watch they did further repaires at no cost.

Excellent. The rings came back cleaned and you can’t tell where they are soldered.

Completely transparent. I brought it there, they fixed it. It works great now. They even cleaned the wristband as part of the service.

I took it in, they gave estimated time and cost, and called to pick it up sooner than estimated at the original cost estimate.

Great Family Business! Rudy's is across from the KMart and Kroger in Brownsburg at 124 E. Northfield Dr. (Suite G). Their email is [email protected], Phone: 317-299-6890. All of the techs--Pablo, Luis, Juan, Don--are wonderful and work together as a team. This is a family business: Owners Monique and her sister Nicole work there as well. Monique does watch repairs and replaced the movement of my watch (under warranty). Nicole and Cherie take care of orders. Monique did a great job! She goes the extra mile! She also cleaned the band of the watch around the inserts and replaced my scratched crystal with a new one. The watch looks brand new! I had some earrings that that were too tight, and Monique loosened the tension so that I can now wear them! I highly recommend Rudy's for watch and jewelry repair--they are family and treat their customers like family, too! I now go there for any watch or jewelry repair.

My favorite watch needed a new movement. The Batteries Plus location that I go to use and recommend Rudy's, a small family-run business that has skill and heart. It used to be in Lafayette Mall but moved to a nice location across from KMart and Kroger in Brownsburg. Pablo checked the battery, which was fine, but said the watch needed a new movement, which he ordered. He let me know the price and automatically gave me the Angie's List discount when I mentioned I was a member. Monique put in the new movement and cleaned the band (it looks great) and Nicole added a clear polish to prevent future tarnish. All of the techs are wonderful --Juan, Luis and Don work together as a team with Pablo and Monique and her sister Nicole. While there, two other patrons who know Pablo, Monique, and Nicole from the old location stopped by--one for jewelry repair and one for watch repair. All I saw were happy customers, and the shop looks at customers more like friends and family. I will go back for the jewelry repair as well. I appreciate their great work and customer service!

Rudy's did an excellent job on both watches. They replaced a battery while I waited and had an estimate for the other watch within half an hour. I left the one for repair and it was done in three days. They told me it was a 50/50 chance that the watch would work with the particular type of repair, (quartz movement), So far, so good. The people were helpful and knowledgeable, I will definitely use Rudy's again if the need arises.

I found Rudy's on Angie's List, when I was looking for jewelry repair near me. I checked 3-4 other companies reviews, but none of the other companies had the consistency that Rudy's did, as far as customer satisfaction goes. They repaired a bracelet I bought for my mother for her upcoming birthday, and had a very quick turn around time (same day). I cannot attest that this is their service level every single day, but I was thoroughly impressed with the work and the timely manor in which my business was handled. The owner I spoke with, was very polite and courteous on my visit. Very nice people and would not hesitate using in the future.

I had tried other providers to get my watch fixed. I was told that they no longer make the parts. I then took my watch to Rudy's and he was able to fix it right away. This watch means a lot to me so I was thrilled that they were able to fix it.

A group of colleagues and I all pitched in to get a special gift for a co-worker: a Mont Blanc fountain pen.  I took it to Rudy's to get it engraved. I was a little nervous as the pen was very expensive. When I collected the pen, the engraved text was crooked. When I called this out to the person serving me, the response was: "That was the best our engraver could do."
The manager was more helpful and actually re-ordered a similar Mont Blanc ballpoint pen, to replace the cap that had been ruined. When I went in to collect the second attempt the font was considerably larger than what I had requested. I expressed my displeasure to the manager but he refused to acknowledge that it was different to what I had requested and chose to remind me that he had incurred the expense of replacing the pen cap: a cost they incurred because their engraver was inept. I will never use this vendor again, and caution anyone against entrusting Rudy's with anything of value.

Very friendly and helpful Reis Nichols is closer and charges the same for service but I believe is going to Angie's List to choose before going anywhere else.
