This keeps the wood clean from dirt as well, and allows us to measure out a true rick, or face cord, of wood at 16"x4'x8'. All wood is seasoned at least for one year prior to selling, and checked with my moisture tester. USDA recommends 15-20% as perfect, 21-25% is good, and 26% and higher is green. I can show you the moisture readings in person, and measure out the wood in front of you after the wood is stacked. Limited straight face cords of Apple, Cherry, Maple, Walnut, Ash, and Honey Locust are available.
