"We replaced 9 Rockwell wood casement windows (20 sashes total) that were peeling and rotted. We chose the Alside casement window with the upgrade Therm D glass. Mark Fadely, the owner of the company, was very responsive to all my inquiries. Several of my neighbors had used Fadely for window replacement and that was a big plus. Most window replacements use aluminum trim on he exterior around the actual vinyl window. This replaces the previous wood molding and provides a smooth transition to the brick or siding of the house. Fadely's installers made the aluminum trim look exactly like the previous wood molding. The workmanship of installers Dan and Tim was very impressive. On the interior the installers put a poplar jamb extension between the window and my existing trim. No existing trim had to be removed or damaged in any way! After installation of the window, a painting crew arrived to repaint the interior trim and jamb extension. You really cannot tell if the window was original to the house or not! We received several price quotes for the window job. Fadely was cheaper than any of these quotes. They were even less than the quotes we had to repair the windows! Bottom Line; We have a quality, custom built home and chose Fadely to replace our damaged wood windows with a good quality mid-range Alside window. We would recommend Fadely to anyone for value and quality. I attached an exterior picture showing the impressive trim work around the window and a picture of the interior showing the 1 1/2 inch jamb extension painted to match the trim."

"Called Glass Guru - Northside to replace a foggy double hung window whose seal had failed. The technician arrived on time and quickly measured the window. The glass was ordered and arrived within the expected time frame. Office called and we set an appointment for installation. Arrived on time and unwrapped and prepared the window and put it in without disturbing anything around it. Window is clear, fits perfectly and looks like it belongs in the window frame. "Where do you start with a leak coming in from the outside? Brent's' idea was to start on the outside to fix that right, and then see if it was still leaking or not. He felt 99.9% sure that if done this way, it would be solved, and we could fix the drywall after a few rainstorms in the spring showed that it was not leaking. Other contractors thought that taking off the drywall inside to possibly see where the leak was coming from would be the correct approach. Brent is very knowledgeable about construction process and flow. He would take down the second floor siding to each side of the lobby picture window and 4 rows of shingles off the front porch roof below. He would overlay the siding and roof joint with a 36 inch cover then wrap the house with house wrap (which it did not have from the builders' contractor) Then he would take out the window, replace, install new trim boards and then cover the window/trim connection with caulk and then aluminum moldings customized on site. I went with Brent. Only 1 snafu at the beginning. Contract was signed 10/17/16 with a projected Thanksgiving date of completion. I called Brent on 11/17/16 to see if the replacement window had come in and where I stood on the schedule. The window had not been ordered due to an office staff family emergency. Ok, that happens, sooner or later to all of us. Brent then went out of his way to rush order the window and squeeze me into the schedule on the first warm enough day in December in order to not crack the vinyl siding when taking it off. The window came in on 12/9. On 12/20, the evening before it would be 50 degrees the crew of Greg and Harold showed up to clear snow & ice off the front porch roof with shovels and heat guns and leaf blowers and salt. They were careful not to dislodge the heating cables on the porch roof as well. They showed up early the next day and went right to work. It was mostly completed in 2 days, with a new J-channel having to be picked up and installed. A good to excellent experience with a knowledgeable, concerned contractor, friendly and efficient crew, and hopefully a 100% fix. I'll try to update this after a few spring storms"
