"Excellent Work! - Estimate was done quickly and as scheduled. Contractor was willing to work around my schedule to do job when I was home. Roof was torn off and replaced in one day. Heavy rains the next few days showed no leaks. Contractor completed insurance company paperwork in a timely manner. Cleanup was very good."

You may also develop moisture issues by covering your existing roof with TPO. Your local building codes and regulations may actually require you to remove the existing roof before adding TPO, so check with your local municipality.
