The trimming was poorly done or not done at all. When we finally ended the agreement, they have attempted to charge us for weekly mowing when they were not coming every other week. Providing this review so others do not have to experience the same frustrations we have."

When there were glaring problem areas in the lawn, I expected to get some sort of assessment and treatment plan, but this was always left up to me to ask about and try to figure out. We usually only found out they were there by receiving a bill. The final straw was when we agreed to a fall cleanup, and was charged triple the normal price because they said they charge by the hour, and decided to do work I specially stated I didn’t want or need done and were working very inefficiently/slowly and without professional equipment."
