Terry and his install team were fantastic! The big box stores will just waste your time, call him first. Terry came by personally to measure and quote my project, his team installed the carpet during the time they said they would and were very professional and asked questions to ensure the carpet was installed to my liking. Terry then showed up later in the afternoon to personally inspect the work. That level of dedication is unmatched in this day and age. Thanks Terry and the FCI Team!

Had flooring installed in three rooms two weeks ago. Were one box short to finish. They had to order and assured me they would have it in the 10th. Still waiting with the room not done. Also did not paint exposed ends of quarter rounds at door openings. Paid a higher price than comptitors offered because of superior ratings. Sales tactics were excellent, went the extra mile to be sure we were getting the best fit but once the job was sold the customer service fell off.

They were very professional and efficient. They were in and out quickly - 1 1/4 days. We had our stairs and upstairs was re-carpeted. We were very pleased with the results. Good quality carpet and pad. They were great to work with.

They came out July 20, 2021 gave me an estimate I decided to hire them. They asked for $400.00 upfront. Today is September 1, 2021 thats 44 days and no work has been done. They also will not answer my emails my wife called the office and they will not answer. I did call the salesman and he keeps saying our material is on order. 44 days to get material? and they still have my $400.00. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They were very friendly to work with and patient as I made my decisions. We replaced all flooring in our house so used them for both laminate and carpet. Justin was wonderful and came to me 3 times with more and more samples so I could make the right decisions. He was always available for questions or concerns and was very knowledgable about their product and what might work best for our home and 4 pets. I highly recommend them!

Terry was kind, professional, and knowledgeable in his presentations. He answered all of our questions without pressuring us, and was responsive to our wishes. The office carpet installation was spot-on perfect. We also had them replace our living room carpet with hardwood. The installation was not without incident, but they stood by their promise of quality work. At their own expense, they replaced some of the already-installed hardwood. The result was perfect.

Terry is the owner, he is very friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of carpet. We have hardwoods throughout the house except in the bedroom. We have a little Boston Terrier and Terry knew exactly what type of carpet to suggest. It's a high quality that looks wonderful, NO Seams. The installer did a wonderful job and took his time to make sure it was right. I would highly recommend Terry and his team at Floor Coverings International. Thank you for a job WELL DONE!

My husband and I have hired Floor Coverings International Carmel for 3 separate projects in two different homes. Each time the experience was enjoyable, well communicated and efficient. Greg and his team even were able to accommodate our need to complete new flooring throughout the entire home prior to the moving trucks arriving.
