"Change came out the same day and accommodated prior supper commitments. He diagnosed the compressor issue quickly and methodically and made the repair. He checked the air temps and showed me the readings on his phone (ain't technology great?) and explained the equipment to an inquisitive grandson. The service call and parts were very reasonable. I was very impressed and remain so as the house is now quite comfortable. Great job and very good value!"

I ordered a replacement from Amazon and fixed it the next day for $22. I contacted them for a partial refund, but it was denied. They stated they would have repaired the part under warranty, but I feel like you should fix something right the first time (especially at that price point). I would suggest looking elsewhere for service if you need it."
