No problem of which I’m aware. Tire tread and brake pad thicknesses checked and were good. Computer that tracks maintenance reset. Loaner car obtained at a very reasonable charge. Always personable service.

We only employ Master technicians with a minimum of 20 years experience with the specific make of your vehicle. We also only use original equipment parts and back our work with a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. We're not the least expensive shop in town, but I feel we are the best value, given the quality we offer. We'll keep working hard and hopefully earn a 5 star rating if you choose to use our services in the future. Thank you again for the review! :-)"

These folks do a great job every time. This repair was CHEAPER by 20% than dealer estimate and done FASTER than I expected and they estimated.

Everything went very well. What was totally unexpected and a real blessing is they washed the car and removed stains from parking under a tree for months. I had run the car thru Crew Carwash but the stains still showed. I had made an appointment to have the exterior detailed as I assumed it would take some heavy polishing to remove those stains. When I picked up the car it looked like new. So I canceled the detailing appointment, saving $280.

I took my volvo to Euro Motorworks for the first time and was really impressed with everything and everyone. They did a great job. My car was ready when they said it would be. I even had a luxurious loaner car to drive. A small thing but a very nice touch was the bag of cheesy popcorn with a thank you sticker on it, waiting for me when I got in to take my car home. Nice touch! I've generally taken my car to the volvo dealer but will definitely be coming back the Euro Motorworks!

These folks are always welcoming and professional. I always feel better walking in there than I do a dealership, which has so much overhead it is a bit intimidating. In the past I have also had detailing done here: excellent,job.

The entire experience was smooth from the time I first walked in the door all the way through paying the bill and driving off after the repair. Although parts had to be ordered, they arrived in timely fashion and I had my car back in just a few days. I was supplied a reliable loaner car that I was actually proud to drive around. Josh who screened me with a few questions to deduce the nature of the problem was great to work with, and Lauren who processed the paperwork were both very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend Euro Motorworks for special maintenance and service on your European vehicle. They were experts on my Audi needs and even returned a bright, shiny, clean car to me after their work!

The service that I received at Euro Motorworks was phenomenal. I recently re-acquired a 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo that I had sold in 1992. Although it was in excellent condition, it needed a moderate amount of work to restore it to my high standards and the even higher standards of Terry Heath, the owner of Euro Motorworks. The team there performed an incredibly thorough inspection and then presented in detail the work that could be undertaken, including an accurate estimate of the cost for each item. They also counseled me on which items were most urgent, less urgent or optional. In addition, Terry Heath drove the car enough to uncover some hidden malfunctions, such as with the cruise control and the turbocharger, that would otherwise not have been easily discovered. They completed the work timely and within budget. Euro Motorworks did an excellent job, and the car actually drives better than when it was new. I believe that the team at Euro Motorworks actually loves my car as much as I do!

Heavy snow prevented a high speed test drive, which will be conducted at a later date, but a full inspection failed to detect any problems that would effect the performance or the safety of my 2007 Mercedes Benz CLK350 Cabrio. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, the service was performed promptly at a reasonable cost, and the staff was polite. I'll definitely use Euro Motorworks again!

The team did a great job. They took great care of my car and they took the time to talk to me about my driving experiences so they could properly diagnose the problem. While servicing, they found a few things that need to be watched and told me the impact of each item. They didn't try to convince me to urgently get extra things done, They did a great job of communicating expectations and keeping me up-to-date on the progress. I would highly recommend Euro Autoworks to service your vehicle.

Extremely excellent service all the way around at a very fair price. My BMW X3 MSport had been driven very little during the last year but it was driven during the Indianapolis terrible pothole season. I had expected 1 or 2 wheels to be bent and requiring straightening. Unfortunately, I had 3 such wheels. I was presented with several options and was definitely not over sold. I wanted them straightened and had expected the cost to be in the $400 range for each wheel based on past experience with an alternative service provider. The cost for this work was only $500 total for all 3. Additionally, I knew that my rear break pads were getting close to needing replacement last year and was fully expecting to be advised that they should be replaced (although I had put only about 5000 miles on the car during the last year). I mentioned this matter when I dropped the car off for service. However, I was told that they did not need replacement at this time. The point of this is that I was certainly not over sold. The car was returned to me in spotlessly clean condition. These folks are fantastic!

This is a first class operation with great service and honest and knowledgeable technicians. The cherry on top is their loaner car program saving me from arranging a drop off and pick-up. They change only 30 cents per mile (includes the gas). Well worth the few bucks for the extreme convenience. They service both my Porsches... a 911 and a Cayenne S.
