She explained all the aspects of the difference choices in flooring several times to us which helped with our decision. She kept in touch with us throughout the installment to make sure things were going smoothly. The installers we had were polite and also very professional. Made sure things were put in the right way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything looks wonderful!"

"Painting is average at best. 1 Star given due to trying to get someone out for warranty work. I understand it is their busy exterior painting business but Live Paintings response is we are busy and will let you know when we can come out even after a month of waiting. If things were painted properly and not in a hurry to get the job completed we probably wouldn't have had to even discuss warranty work. I would consider adjusting my review if I can get Ricardo (Live Painting) to honor the warranty. Sad you have to resort to online reviews."
