To clarify, we dispatched the largest truck in our fleet?a 26-foot box truck?which is typically sufficient for a move of the size described in your original inventory. Unfortunately, there were significantly more items than what was listed during the initial estimate, which impacted the space required and extended the duration of the move. In such situations, the next available option would be to send a second truck, which adds cost but ensures completion. Regarding your specialty items, such as the snake cages, our team always aims to handle every item with care. However, due to the fragile nature of certain belongings, we may require a waiver if there is a risk of damage, and we do our best to communicate that clearly and upfront. We?d also like to clarify that any promotional video recorded during your move featured only the owner and the moving crew?no customer images or footage were used.
