This was a wonderful experience. Joe came to our house with his samples, made some suggestions after listening closely to what we wanted. He had a very fair price, ordered the carpet, and installed it on the committed date. He and his crew arrived when promised and were through earlier than he estimated. They were careful with all the furniture, and very meticulous ensuring a high quality installation. Joe even provides some services as standard like a special stair installation technique, plus furniture moving. He does not nickel and dime you for 'extra services'.
