Bob (sales) called ahead of the appointed time in order to arrive early (yea!), and the installation team (JJ and two younger guys) arrived a bit earlier than expected (yea!). We have used Exposition Carpet for several carpet installations over many years in our finished basement, and have consistently found the best pricing, ease of schedule and quality installation thru them. I especially like that it's a family business and you are dealing directly with owners and not with a salesman that doesn't even know who his/her boss is. The installers have worked their for years and that says a lot.

After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank. The store had many options, and time frame to get material was within a week. We checked out a 'sale' prior at a trendy well known Lincoln Avenue store, only to be met with double the cost and attitude. So we ended up back at Exposition and it was a done deal within 2 weeks.

I thought I had reviewed them on AL, but realized I hadn't when the list asked if members had any feedback.

We wouldn't hesitate to use them for any flooring needs.
