The Junk Relief office was responsive, estimates could be done through text by sending photos, the price was extremely reasonable (priced per truck load with labor included *compared to* $200+ per small bagster bag). The encapsulation process sounds like a great solution to any crawlspace issues that may be present.  However, it is a costly solution, although may have this done in the future. 
The inspection process went well, friendly, professional and all questions thoroughly answered.  The only down-side:  Minor issue, but wish men had placed a drop-cloth outside the crawlspace entrance so as not to track out any crawlspace soil."
