He even went so far as to completely remove an entire tree that I didn't think he was planning to for a small additional charge. I have since that time had him back to take care of the trees that were attempting to return, and to plow the snow in front of the house last winter. He is polite, knowledgeable, and personable; always available to give advice; and is the consummate professional at all times."
