I wish I had read the reviews before I hired this company. After being unhappy with their service, I told them I wanted to stop the treatments. They are saying I had a one year contract but l never signed a contract and I wasn't told there was any commitment. I also paid them for one extra month of service that I didn't receive and they are still saying that I owe them. I left a bad review on the Better Business Bureau and now they are sending me to collections. I don't owe them a dime, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I don't know how they stay in business with all of the bad reviews.

Extremely Disappointing ? Hidden Charges and Broken Promises I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience with this lawn care company, hoping it saves others from the hassle and disappointment I?ve faced. When I signed up, I genuinely believed I was investing in professional help to keep my lawn healthy and weed-free. Instead, after months of treatments and money spent, my yard is in worse shape than when I started ? more weeds, thinning grass, and no real improvement despite all their big promises. What really pushed me to write this review is how they handle their so-called ?free? service guarantees. Anytime I raised concerns, they reassured me with complimentary treatments to fix the issues. But when I finally decided enough was enough and cancelled, they sneakily added charges for those same ?free? visits to my final bill. In my opinion, this is nothing but a shady way to squeeze more money out of customers for a service that simply doesn?t deliver. It feels dishonest ?

This is the best services I have ever had! My grass has never looked so greener ever!!! No weeds to! They leave a list on my email and they are very knowledgeable and friendly!

I was very happy with their service last year so I did prepay in full for this year ;)

They did what they said they were going to do and the price was reasonable

Customer Service was excellent

I started my service with great promise that they would take care of my lawn, along with a guarantee. After choosing their service and waiting their time period for the lawn to improve, the yard was actually declining and did not improve, so I reached out to the office manager, Shana Carter, and they sent out a retreat, but it still did not improve at all. Since initially reaching out to them with concerns in early April, I continued to be billed for services that were not actually rendered and certainly not satisfactory. When I received another bill ($160.80), I called their customer service line and spoke with Lisa, who sent over my situation to Shana to have them call me regarding my service. Rather than emailing me or calling me, I was sent a "Final Demand" letter in the mail that stated if I didn't pay the new balance of $241.20, they would submit my account to their third-party collection agency. Simply because I was not satisfied with the services, and because I tried giving them ample time to rectify the situation since April, my balance went up from $160.80 to $241.20, rather than them spending that time caring for the concerns that were brought to them in the first place. When I called Shana to speak with her regarding this final demand letter, I was told and honestly, strongarmed, into paying the $160.80 because she said if I didn't pay this amount, the amount would double and I would have to pay $321.60, because my account was already cancelled in June. Again, because I was bringing the concerns to their attention, my account was cancelled in June, without even being made aware of this. Today, after 15 minutes of going back and forth with Shana regarding why it wasn't taken care of, I paid the $160.80 to simply not argue with them any further and not allow them to hurt my credit. I am a very reasonable person and I tried for months emailing them and received one email back from the office manager, with many emails unanswered and messaged left without a call back. Unfortunately, another local mom & pops business has lost a customer, due to their lack of concern, communication, and rectification. I'd certainly not recommend them to anyone, and I hope that this helps someone evaluate their choices when finding a lawn treatment company.

We’ve had a few treatments already and the dandelions and clover continue to return. We also have a handful of dead spots. Due to the moderate drought, we’ve had recently, it’s hard to see whether the fertilizer they dropped was effective or not until we start getting more rain. we have also used to competing lawn companies in this neighborhood and stayed with each one for a few years and have not been very happy with them which is why we switched to Dr. Green. It would be nice if Dr. Green can step up their game. Would also like to see them communicate to us with a schedule, instead of just letting us know the day before they come out.

Inherited Dr Green Services when I bought my house, and its been wonderful experience. Our lawn is well maintained thru their services, as well as the overall property. We are also able to sit out on our deck by using their mosquito abatement services (we have a neighbor with a chicken coop!). Overall, highly recommended

They've been treating my lawn for a few years now. It is pretty obvious where my lawn ends and my neighbor's lawn begins! They are very thorough and consistent.

The Dr. Green Team has been great. This is my first year with them and their commitment to excellence is second to none.

It went great. Did his job efficiency and was done!

Service was prompt on initial service (what I purchased). The front lawn was fertilized and a weed killer treatment done. However, I had my back yard gate locked so the technician could not do my back lawn. After the technician was complete with the front lawn, he rang the door bell which I answered (ring.com). I arranged with the technician that if he came back on the 20th the back yard could be fertilized and weed treatment done. After calling in to Doctor Green on 3/17 to verify that someone would be out to my address on 3/20, I find out by chance that my account was put on hold until after the 20th. I never put my account on hold. I was really turned off by this action. Also, on 3/17 the Doctor Green representative tried to correct this "on hold" and told me someone would be out on the 20th and no one ever showed up. I have cancelled the remainder of my deal, and cancelled all lawn treatment services as well as the newly added tree and shrub service as of today 3/21.

It turned out well, I was pleased with them.

It looks much better after three months of treatment.

Great, punctual, knowledgeable, serviced more than quoted.

I had to call them after not hearing from them for a few days but they came when they said they would. They said I might not see improvement for 3 weeks so I am not sure yet of the results.

There are definitely less weeds in my yard.

It went well, he came and he left. The only thing I didn't like is that the plugs aren't removed from the yard.
