We contacted Fermin after he was recommended by our general contractor. The engineering firm had made an error when measuring our lot for our house, and consequently were were over our hardscape allowance when the village came to do its own measurements. We needed to remove part of our driveway and replace it with something water permeable. Fermin understood getting this resolved quickly was a priority, and he work rapidly with the village and us to get it done, and done well at a reasonable price. We'll be recommending him and All Pro Land Design to everyone we can. Thanks!

My lawn was in bad shape. Fermin and his workers did a great job digging up the old lawn, ensuring proper drainage, resodding and putting down river rocks in a small section of the yard. They were professional and reasonably priced. I would absolutely rehire and refer them.
