We contacted Fermin after he was recommended by our general contractor. The engineering firm had made an error when measuring our lot for our house, and consequently were were over our hardscape allowance when the village came to do its own measurements. We needed to remove part of our driveway and replace it with something water permeable. Fermin understood getting this resolved quickly was a priority, and he work rapidly with the village and us to get it done, and done well at a reasonable price. We'll be recommending him and All Pro Land Design to everyone we can. Thanks!

I had a weed-choked yard. Fermin's team removed the weeds and replaced it with healthy sod. My yard looks fantastic. The problem was partially due to a buried weed trap net and poor quality soil on top of that. The team did extra work to remove the poor soil and replace it with healthy soil under the sod. The extra work took the job past the estimate, but the entire job was a fair price.

Fermin, company owner of All-Pro Land Design, was so professional, kind and friendly and gave such a fair price quote when we got an estimate from him to install sod over most of our backyard that we hired him right away. His laborers were meticulous. The attention to detail, cutting and shaping the sod around our plants and flower beds, rocks, and firepit and removing tree roots and the old grass was amazing! It was a joy to work with Fermin and the guys.

We bought a house with a yard in very bad shape. We talked to a few landscapers and chose to work with Fermin's All Pro Land due to his reasonable quote of tha task. It was the fall and it kept raining but his team managed to transform our east lawn into a beautiful private space for my family. He designed it holistically, with our needs in mind, he listened to our woes and adjusted his design. He's been honest and his team are all polite and professional. Recently, the strong winds toppled an old fence onto our new thuja trees. We reached out to him and he was able to help us take out the bad fence. Very reliable people. We are really grateful to have chosen to work with Fermin.

Fermin and his crew were fantastic. They regraded our yard, installed new sod, built a swale for water flow, repurposed old pavers into a new sidewalk, and installed new stone and shrubs. Diverting the water was a huge deal for us, and it’s now 2 years later and everything works perfectly. They showed up on time, did what they said, and went the extra mile when a few unforeseen items came up. They were truly meticulous with details.

Fermin (owner) and his crew professionally sodded my lawn. With amazing attention to detail, this job exceeded all my expectations. They meticulously located all my sprinklers and invisible dog fence wires in order to eliminate any damage. Moreover, Ferminâ s desire is to please the customer. He does this through communications, listening, and understanding. After the crew completed the job, they cleaned up impeccably. By the way, the price was reasonable, and Fermin did some extras without charging more. Most impressive to me was Fermin (owner) worked side by side with his employees on the job site (WOW)! I will be hiring All Pro Land Design again.
