They did a fine job, repairing my patio/pavers; put in a 2nd step down from my door & installed a railing. I can use my patio again!

About a month ago, we had them patch up the old fence around our back yard. Then, just last week, they put back up a section of fence blown down by a recent wind. Though, because of the volume of such repair jobs, they made the repair later than scheduled, they did the job at no cost! They were incredibly generous! They won us over completely, and we'll use them again when we replace the entire fence.

After months of delays with no communication, the fence finally got poorly installed. Nails sticking out of the wood. Panels coming off after a month. Gate not completed. I called and emailed asking them to address my concerns with absolutely no response on anything. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with how little Melody at their office, which is the only person I could ever get on the phone, could not care. Do not give them your credit card information as they charge your remaining balance without completing the job. Horrific experience from beginning to end.

Dealing with this company took the stress out of the entire process. Melody is outstanding, reliable, and I can't say enough about how professional they are. I had a bad taste in my mouth regarding fence repair companies after dealing with no call backs and communication.Then, I called Superior Fences and found out how real professionals conduct themselves....Bravo. Highly recommended!!

They were very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. I needed a privacy fence installed in early spring. The crew came out with a little snow on the ground but still got it done in 1 day. Looks great! Cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. I would recommend.

I wasn't sure if I should hire this company based on the lower ratings from this site and others. But since I was using the Home Advisor service I thought I would give them a try. Before I hired them I asked Melody about some of the bad reviews they have received and if they have done anything to make their customer service better. She said they had so I went ahead and hired them. But unfortunately my experience with their customer service was not so good. If you decide to go with this company, do yourself a favor and get EVERYTHING in writing. If it wasn't for their communication problems and overcharging, I would be leaving a great review. I am happy with my fence and I feel like the gentlemen who installed it did a good job. But I don't think a company should have such poor customer service. You shouldn't tell someone one thing and charge another. That is why you need to get everything in writing. Don't make the same mistake I did. I would suggest you get the permit yourself and if you don't, get what they are going to do and the fees they are going to charge for your permit in writing. Also, the value for the money would also have been higher but their poor customer service makes the value much lower. Do not give them your credit card number, they will charge it without your authorization. I made my down payment with my credit card and without even talking to me they charged my credit card again. And they charged me more than what was on my contract. So for these reasons, I don't recommend them. But if you decide to go with them like I did even after others recommended not to, get everything in writing. I sound like a broken record so that you don't end up in the same situation I am in.

Needed 2 post replaced in the middle of February , did not know if anybody did this work in the winter months . Superior said no problem , the guys were in and out in no time , cleaned up their mess . Job well done . I would recommend them , and use them again if I need anymore repairs .
