"Very smooth, hired again to do a small bathroom remodel. Harvey Benjamin, the owner really impressed me and my husband. At first I wasn’t sure about letting such a young man handle such a huge project ($36,000) patio remodel. but after meeting with other local construction contractors, I was extremely impressed by Harvey’s Knowledge and expertise in the exterior field. long story short, within 10 days his team totally transformed our crappy little yard into a neighborhood Envy. they now Maintain our lawn and remove our snow in the winter time, eventually they were hired by our neighbors to do lawn maintenance . Great guy, affordable prices and extremely talented"

"It went very well. The owner, J.D. Mathein, was easy to work with and enthusiastic about the project. He drew up an initial design, which incorporated all of our requests, at no cost to us. (Another company would have charged us $25 for the design.) We got a lower price estimate from another company but Green City's proposal was better thought-out and used better quality materials and workmanship. They lifted and replanted four bushes that we wanted to keep, and replaced some that got removed. The result is very nice. The village inspector complimented the work when he came out to do the final inspection. We got a good value for the price and will enjoy using our new patio."

"Torres Bros are professional & friendly. They came on time & worked very hard to make my new patio of brick. They utilized constant measures to make sure the brick was level and met the walkway to my garage. The crew cleaned up after each day and were great. "Unique Landscaping is a perfect name for this â uniqueâ company. Every one of their team members were great! They were professional, and responsible, and worked really hard each day they were here! Fabianâ the company owner was just a great guy all around! They built a beautiful new patio for us, including a retaining wall for decorative and extra â seatingâ purposes. They worked with us on all the design details, even if we requested more time or additional sample materials. Unique also redid our front and side stoops. There were a couple of small â glitchesâ along the wayâ ¦ not surprising with any major projectâ ¦ but when we pointed them out, Fabian was really great in making sure things were done appropriately to address any concerns. We highly recommend working with Unique, and recommend booking early since their great work and reputation mean their schedule fills up fast!"
