"The windows themselves were cleaned pretty well--HOWEVER---the worker spilled filthy water all over my living room floor and basically took a dirty rag under his foot to "mop" it up.  Left some nice smears on my wood floors.  He also broke at least one of the levolor blind rods that close and open the blinds--it snapped off so now we cannot fix it.  And we also discovered a crushed vent box on the second floor roof over our bay window which he apparently stepped on.  He was a nice kid but not very careful."

They did the windows, but they never gave me an estimate to determine if I wanted it done. They did deliver the wrong window, but they were very good about ordering another window. They did work for me last year. I don't think the price was too much. They came late. I've used them twice now. I used them even though their responsiveness was not that great."
