I am THRILLED with my entire Suburban Window Fashions experience. Unlike another vendor I was talking to on another platform, the response was immediate as well as a quote for the work. Doug was prompt, friendly, and so helpful and completely fixed my broken shade. We have a renter moving in next week and getting this taken care of both quickly and high quality was so appreciated. Dave did a fantastic job. Not only did he repair the blind I called about but repaired another blind that had a knot in the cord which affected its function and a blind that was loose. From the bracket that I didn’t realize was loose. He was fast and courteous. I would highly recommend him.

I needed new shades for my toddlers bedroom. Mr Johnson arrived with a broad selection of samples. I liked the materials so much I decided to replace my living room and master bedroom shades as well. I selected Hunter Douglas Soft Touch motorized shades. Lead time of several weeks was acceptable with updates on progress provided by text. On installation day Mr. Johnson arrived on time. Installation was painless: accurate, no mess, and completed by mid-day. Really appreciated Mr. Johnsons thoroughness, I am referring him to other people in my building. Model contractor.
