The Salesman, Roberto, was knowledgeable and helped us choose the Infinity Marvin windows. Both times we were keep up to date on the status of our order and then given a two week notice of the scheduled installation. We received a call on Monday of the week that we were scheduled for Tuesday install. The installer, Greg. was prompt at 9:30am and he and his helper installed 9 windows and were finished by 5pm. They cleaned up as they installed and made a final pass to inspect their work and ensure there was no debris. Both installations were better than I expected.
