My husband and I were extremely pleased with the window coverings in our study and great room supplied earlier in the year by Doug of Suburban Window Fashions. So we decided to also replace old blinds in the kitchen eating area with beautiful new white Normans louvered shutters. We also chose a Hunter Douglas Duette Power honeycomb top-down/bottom-up design shade in gray for the master bedroom window that has both a remote and wall power unit. The prices were great and we love the look and quality. Plus Doug is a pleasure to work with!"

"After failing to show up for the initial estimate, I gave them a second chance. Several double pane windows were leaking and fogging. Company was to measure and repair at my house. Turns out they only had a couple of colors for the grills inside the panes which didn’t match the other windows. They had to come to my house 3 or 4 times to complete the job. They had to take parts back to their shop and left our house temporarily with broken and disfigured windows. They also repaired a patio screen and had a great deal of difficulty. The worker was very angry while fixing it. It turned out very sloppy and I had to redo it myself. The final result for the windows was good."

They did the windows, but they never gave me an estimate to determine if I wanted it done. They did deliver the wrong window, but they were very good about ordering another window. They did work for me last year. I don't think the price was too much. They came late. I've used them twice now. I used them even though their responsiveness was not that great."
