Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Started on 10/7, with the removal of the old threshold. Put a new threshold on. Arrived 8.30 pm, didn't leave till midnight. The threshold was not cut smoothly, the tiles were not aligned, and the grout was too dark. No drop clothes were used; the whole bathroom was a mess. I had to clean up afterward. The work was not done, and poor quality of work.

Throughout the work on 10/22, Daniel repeatedly encouraged me to call him if I need anything else, and repeatedly asked ?Is there anything else I can do for you today?
I called Daniel on Friday 10/24 to schedule finishing the drywall repair started on 10/22. He offered to do it the next day, Saturday 10/25. Daniel asked again, ?Is there anything else I can do for you??. I politely expressed concerns from the original work. We scheduled it, and then he asked for a $75 ?house call? fee, which I refused. I already paid for the work I needed finished. He said, ?okay??
Daniel did not show up. I left a voicemail asking if he was still arriving. I sent him a text. The text was ?read? and never answered. Now I?m left with a crusty smudge on my wall, and excess caulk in my bathtub that I did not ask for.
This person started out seemingly kind and ?fair?. He told me to pay what I thought was ?fair?. Then he no-showed on me over his expectation to collect house call fees.

Daniel from Silver Hammer Construction did an excellent job. After getting a leaky window following our nasty winter weather, I felt like no one, my HOA or insurance, was being very helpful. Daniel was helpful and reassuring and did excellent and prompt work identifying the problem. It shocked me to be able to work on it the next day. It took two days to complete the repairs, and the work was well done. My window issue has been fixed. I appreciate all the work Daniel did to explain things to me and his quality of work as well. And the service was affordable and didn't break the bank.

They repaired some exterior trim on windows as well as repairs on a garden shed. I worked with Robert on the quote. He was also on site during the execution and inspected the work after completion. They did an excellent job. The attention to detail was very good. I will use them again and would recommend them to others.

They came out today and repaired a hole that a animal created on the soffit. The workmanship was great, it completely matches what was there. I would hire them again and highly recommend.

Working with Silver Hammer Construction was a pleasure. Their response was amazing fast and Abraham went above and beyond to fix the loose soffit on my home. I will definitely call them again when we have other projects that we need help with.

It was terrible. Robert hired a random 3rd party contractor who didn’t have the right tools or parts. What’s more, Robert left without finishing the job and had us without working appliance for 4 days. He was tough to contact and work with. Would not recommend or hire ever again. I had to hire someone else to fix his mess. Angi provided a bad recommendation.

Excellent! Silver Hammer Home Services, Inc. did a fantastic job from start to finish. Arrived on time, came prepared with all materials necessary, completed the projects and cleaned up all work areas. Invoice was detailed with work done and amount matched estimate. I am so happy with this company that I plan to hire them for remodeling jobs (3) later this year. Again, excellent work!

Hired them to patch a hole under the siding of our house that was letting critters into our basement. They did a super professional job and I am 100% satisfied. Would hire again for sure.
