"Dany Tree Service offered a very fair price for the work. It took about ten days for them to come out to do the work, but there had been a major storm the previous week, so they were tied up doing a lot of emergency tree clearing work. They showed up when promised, and had completed all the work in less than four hours. They protected my grass, and did an incredible job cleaning up when they were done. I would hire them again without reservation."

"Lowest cost by a significant amount compared to two other bids we received. Here on time, got the job done quickly, cleaned up wonderfully. Also, protected the fence, deck and flower beds which directly under the leaning tree. No damage. Good communication and timely. I have used over a dozen tree services over the years. This was by far the best."

"ALL SERVICE CALLS exceeded our expectations & provided excellent & prompt work at our home. From the timely, prompt & fair estimate to setting an appointment within 2 days, we were pleased with their labor. The team arrived on Thursday early & completed the work of clearing our trees & overgrowth within 4 hours. They also hauled away the debris. I plan to hire them again as for a few other projects as trees/landscaping is just one aspect of what they do. SIMPLY AWESOME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL SERVICE CALLS LLC."

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

When considering the price of drilling a well, factor in how much you’ll save in water costs per year. The average family of four uses 100 gallons of water per person per day in the U.S. With a private water well, you can save hundreds each year.

Wells are also environmentally friendly. You don’t need to worry about drinking water treated with chemicals. Talk to at least three well pump contractors in your area. They’ll be able to tell you more about your options, give you different quotes, and discuss the biggest concerns.

You will find a collection of licensed land surveyors in your area. Your real estate agent or construction manager may also be able to recommend a trusted professional. When speaking with prospective pros in your area, ask the land surveyor if they are licensed in the state, have liability insurance, and can quote you a fee before starting.

A land survey defines and records the physical aspects of a property, including its boundaries, dimensions, easements, features, and sometimes topographical information. In contrast, a land appraisal determines the property's monetary value. While an appraiser will often consult a land survey to understand the property's physical specifications, the survey itself does not determine the land's value.

Land surveying can help give clear guidance on your property boundaries for numerous situations. And in some cases, having your land surveyed is a requirement. Some common reasons to have your land surveyed include:

  • Planning for construction projects, like building a fence

  • Locating utilities, such as plumbing fixtures

  • Settling property line disputes

  • Creating subdivisions

  • Meeting mortgage requirements

  • Selling your property

With proper training and experience, reading blueprints is fairly straightforward and not very difficult. If you don’t have the necessary knowledge to interpret the symbols, abbreviations, and other notations used, blueprints may not make sense. Learning to read blueprints can help you understand the construction process and keep you more involved and informed when you’re building a house.
