It took about ten days for them to come out to do the work, but there had been a major storm the previous week, so they were tied up doing a lot of emergency tree clearing work. They showed up when promised, and had completed all the work in less than four hours. They protected my grass, and did an incredible job cleaning up when they were done. He worked very skillfully and carefully to section the branch and lowered the trunk pieces onto the ground away from our house.
