This included a major change in layouts and moving walls, doors, HVAC, plumbing, gas lines, and electrical. I also had custom cabinets and hall tree built for the space. The final result is exceptional (see photos). While the time ended up taking longer than originally expected, it was worth it to have a trusted pro do the work and to deal with the permit process. The company was easy to work with, professional, and maintained a clean workspace across my house. All individuals working on my house with Nick Biango paid high attention to detail throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Biango Construction to anyone doing renovations or wanting built-ins added to their home."

They even re-did our stairs, railing and banisters. They also replaced all of my basement ceiling tiles and added recessed lighting there too. I was getting a new TV installed and Jakubek, inc added an outlet for me so that my TV can be installed without having any wires showing. There is nothing they cannot do and there is no one else I would trust in my home. Trust me, a good contractor is hard to find, these guys will be the only contractor you’ll ever need. Most recently Jakubek, INC just remodeled our master bathroom. They did a tremendous job just like everything else they have done for us. From heated floors, to custom shower doors, the remodel was phenomenal"

Most of the paint was already stripped or peeling away, and had been for years, so there was significant damage to the wood as well. They were very confident about identifying the damaged boards and replacing them as well. When they got started, they found quite a few more damaged boards, and ultimately replaced more than what was quoted at no charge. They also recommended I get the fence stained instead of repainted, which is something I had not considered, and am very glad they pointed me in that direction because I think it will help prevent many of the problems I had in the future and be much easier to maintain. The workers were professional and willing to show up on incredibly hot days in between the rainy days to get the work done. I brought up another issue with the gate of the fence rubbing when opened, and that was also fixed at no charge which I appreciated."
