The job went great. They provided exactly what they said they would. The two doors look great. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely use them again.

I brought my 60 year old storm door in for an estimate to replace the putty around the panes in the storm door. The sales rep was reluctant to do the job. He stated thre was no way to remove the old putty without breaking the window panes. Then he proceeded to give an estimate per pane. I stopped him after he got to a couple of hundred dollars. I then took the door to Ace hardware who did the whole job for $65 and didn't break any windows. I was really surprised that a business specializing in glass work would be out done by Ace Hardware.

This company's name was sent to me by the manufacturer of the windows in my four-year old house. I called and spoke to a woman at Suburban Glass and Trim who told me that there would be a $65.00 inspection fee, the repair person would estimate the costs involved in repairing my window and then would order the parts. She took my name, address and phone number and said that I would be called and an appointment would be set up. After three weeks, when no one called me back, I contacted another company.
