Installers were very professional, showed up on time, left the area around the installation clean, and the cost was exactly as quoted.

It was as good as it gets! They showed up on time, explained everything well, worked fast, and the cost was very reasonable. They also referred us to a great water mitigation/remodeling contractor. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Drain work went fine. The ball **** worked when installed, but the next day it malfunctioned as it no longer shut-off following refill. Called the next day, Saturday, and left message requesting service but there was no response from company (and, yes, they schedule service work thru the weekend). In fact, I had to call again Monday as I never heard from them

It went great. They were on time, very professional, work done right the first time.

Fellow who came out was very pleasant. We've been using Glenbrook Plumbing for several years now, and are happy with their service.

This started well then turned into the most awful service experience. 48 hours after full system replacement I called because the alarm went off, which is odd. Bill was unable/ willing to come out that afternoon and I would need to be home the next day to accommodate his schedule until I really pushed. In doing so he told me that product defects happen all the time and it wasn't his fault. While I understand product defaults do happen but as a service provider we paid him for both the product his company recommends and the service to install. Our basement took in some water damage as a result of the prior sump failing so waiting another day or two to have the brand new sump they installed repaired didn't seem like a great service experience. That said, this didn't seem to resonated and the conversation became tense which ultimately culmintead in me being repeatedly called swear words for being a frustrated customer. This was really disappointing because they were very responsive and reasonable until something went wrong then it was the absolute worst service experience ever.

They did an initial plumbing inspection and then as a result of the inspection they completed any necessary repair and also installed a new toilet.

Our experience with Glenbrook Plumbing Co. was very positive. Our water heater stopped working and  we wanted it replaced with current model of unit we had.  Glenbrook Plumbing responded quickly with quote for installed price of the unit, including model number and specifics. They accommodated us with a non-regular hours service appointment and arrived on time. They  also observed and pointed out other piping that was leaking and in danger of breaking,  and they spent time to locate a source for type/size required and made the replacement with a very reasonable fee for the parts and work involved. Phone communication with their office administrator was always pleasant  and efficient. We would highly recommend Glenbrook Plumbing Co.

Third time I have used this company over the course of the last month.
They give me appointments quickly, show up on time, and price themselves reasonably.
The work has been done satisfactorily .
I definitely use them from now on.

The job was great.  They are very professional and reasonable.

Problem was that it was a odd brand that he had to order, however it was a quick turnaround.

Provided an estimate for a new hot water heater.

They are excellent, right on top of things. They come when they are supposed to at the time they are supposed to.
