He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. Damian was punctual and courteous, and he completed the work in the 1.5 hours that he predicted. He provided the best price of three installation quotes and did a beautiful job of installing the door and correcting an error of a fixed panel by the original installer. The new door and old panel match perfectly, the bathroom was clean when he left, the door works beautifully, and all leaking has stopped. I would definitely use him again."
