"The Chicago Window Guys is a great company to have install your windows and doors. the owner Russ came out and was not aggressive or pushy like other companies. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job. "Kelly replaced a service door for us which also had rotted wood on the exterior brick moulding. We asked for a quote with multiple options - with clear glass on the door on which he mentioned he could install our existing blinds, with blinds in between the glass, and with wood brick moulding or PVC brick moulding (which would be maintenance free). Kelly was very easy to work with - he came out himself both for measuring and providing the quote and for the installation. I had some issues with figuring out the deadbolt on the handle after he had left, and he said he could come back for that.. All in all a very smooth experience working with Kelly."
