He was honest and a pleasure to deal with. He was the installer as well and did an outstanding job with the glass replacements. He cleaned up the entire work area before he left and you couldnâ t even tell he had been here. We really appreciate his concern for our home and property. The office team even followed up with a call to see if we had any questions and if we were happy with the work. We canâ t recommend this company enough. We are completely satisfied with their work and customer service."

"The Chicago Window Guys is a great company to have install your windows and doors. the owner Russ came out and was not aggressive or pushy like other companies. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job.
