"Originally I was told by first guy that came to do work that the work would be completed in 2visits, was looking at around $400/450 for most it was a small 2x2 repair of ceiling that had to be done. The second guy that came indicated that a third visit will be needed because of the area and that the guy That did first visit left some cracks in the bond that requieres him to do 2 additional layer of bonding, know I have to have them come back next week to finish, all this is going to cost me close to $800. I have done myself dry wall work in the past and I never spend that amount of money on a 2x2 are for repair. I did it because it was my neighbor ceiling that needed the repair because of leak from my apartment and needed to be done right, I should have verify other contractors before just going with the first and thinking it should not be as much is just a 2x2 area. Lesson learned."
