Felix was very nice and professional. Bad refrigerator heater that needed replacing. Very fast service. I called him and he came and completed service the same day. Refrigerator heater part cost between $20-$40 based on my thorough internet searches but my bill was $458. So I guess I paid $400 in labor and the job took less than 1 hour to complete. There are DIY videos on YouTube and I couldve did this repair myself. My receipt was not itemized. Would not use again would not recommend.

Felix is a very friendly, helpful refrigerator specialist, who works hard and efficiently. He replaced my Samsung water filter housing that locked up, laying out a protective mat to move the fridge, to not scratch the oak flooring, even vacuuming the fridge back where years of potentially damaging dust had gathered. We are very happy with his work!

Felix is very professional. He was running late, past his two hour window so I wish he had called. The part and repair that he quoted were more than a new wine refrigerator so I did not have him fix it. I did call the manufacturer and they are sending a new control panel to me at no cost, and I'll replace it myself. Having had Felix here, later gave me the courage to fix it myself.

Be aware. Do not use this company. An agent name Felix Corrales came to my house to fix my refrigerator. He stated that he found the problem after checking the refrigerator and he will be able to fix it for $290 cash including the diagnosis fee. Refrigerator fixed and he said he will take 24hr to start getting cold. Two days have past and the refrigerator still not cold. I reach out to him and he stated he would come out and check it out but he never came for a week now. Do not be fooled by his first impression. After he gets the money, he is a totally different person. Basically that company does not know what they doing when it comes to repair and customer service.

I have a commercial cooler (25yrs old) which stopped cooling. House Guardian was rated at top on both this list and Angies list. I put in my request and Felix called within minutes. He arrived on time as he said. Inspected cooler told me problem and said he might be able to fix it that night if he had the part. He did and fixed it and it's running better than before. Felix was very professional , knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything. I do recommend him and will use his services should the need arise.

Felix answered me immediately Wednesday night upon searching through Home Advisor. He came the next morning and evaluated my broken freezer on Thursday. He had the parts Friday and came Saturday to repair it. Turns out it didn't need all the parts he thought it did so he took $60 off the bill. Honest and quick and the freezer is working perfectly!

Diagnosed the problem immediately and corrected it. A man who owns his own business and truly loves his work. I'm 89 years old today and will absolutely call Felix for any future problems!!!!!

Felix ordered the part. He was coming back the next morning. 10 min later he called and said he found the part and was coming over to install the new part. The new part was shorter but Felix took the insides from the new part and put them in the old part. The fridge is working and freezer is freezing again. A wonderful job. Not too many people would take the time to come back. It was late in the evening. Most people would have gone home and come back the next morning. Thank you so much Felix!!!!!
