I got several estimates from A+ rated insulation companies, but Robert was more knowledgeable than the other companies. He was the only one to point out that my soffits were not vented. Apparently, my house was built on the day no one was inspecting. The builder never cut open the soffits. That meant there was zero airflow going through my attic. "I believe the price was too high for the quality of work. The dry wall that was put up was not a smooth finish. They did not cover up my possessions as they said they would. They did not clean up very well. I found at least 8 nails on the ground & some insulation was left in the garage. Had I not swept the floor I probably would have Gotten a flat tire. They used my ladder & my broom without asking."
