Apparently, my house was built on the day no one was inspecting. The builder never cut open the soffits. That meant there was zero airflow going through my attic. The attic fan could run all day, but without air to move, it would not do any good. Only Robert noticed this and offered a solution to fix the problem! I asked some of the other A+ companies if they would vent the soffits and they all said they don't do that work, but they would be happy to add more insulation, which would not fix the problem if the attic was not vented."

They did not clean up very well. I found at least 8 nails on the ground & some insulation was left in the garage. Had I not swept the floor I probably would have Gotten a flat tire. They used my ladder & my broom without asking."
