"I talked to Nick who was good enough to send a technician out the very same day that I scheduled the service. The technician, Dan, was very prompt, thorough and friendly. He cleaned and sanitized 10+ vents, HVAC system, returns, supply lines, main line, and the dryer vent which was on the roof. A lot of Groupon deals that I looked around for have up-charges for the requirements that I had, particularly since I live in a 3rd floor walk-up in the city. We had a few issues with our boiler system that was getting up in age and he said he could fix it but it may only last a couple years so we decided to just replace it. Keith gave us a great quote and was again prompt and thorough on installing the new boiler. We were so happy with him that when we needed AC work he was the first one we called, which we ended up getting a new AC unit as well as it was old and could have been serviced over and over again but now the new ones are more efficient and almost pay for themselves.
