"I got 3 estimates for repairs for cracks in my basement foundation wall. The first was the cheapest but would have just filled in the crack. The second pointed out that the same wall had a previous crack and a large V shaped crack so that just filling in the cracks seemed insufficient and would have broken through the wall and added drain tile behind it to drain halfway around the house at the sump pit, and was by far the most expensive. The Real Seal was the third quote and was not only in the middle financially, but persuasive about why its proposed solution of carbon fiber staples to reinforce the wall made sense for my crack pattern. The rep and the ultimate technician were on-time, polite and seemed thorough. The warranty seems solid. Although I won't know for awhile whether the solution worked, I was happy with how the work appeared to go. The technician spent some extra time to help us avoid taking out some fixtures that were built into the wall, even though it caused extra work, and was polite throughout."

Sediment would plug the drain causing water to build up and create an aquarium in the window well. You pass waterproofing installed a new window well and securely fastened it to the cement foundation. They carefully removed the previous window well and took care not to brutalize the surrounding landscape. Completely satisfied with their work"

"The estimator (Kaz) was prompt, informative, and responsive to my many queries before I signed a contract. The project manager and workers were all very prompt, professional, and courteous. They were respectful of our property and that of our neighbors, taking off their shoes when inside and cleaning up their work. I asked them to run an additional line from one of my downspouts, which was done without incident. We also worked together to problem solve an issue related to the sump discharge line. On day 1, they cut our buried cable line because it was marked incorrectly. However, the foreman called the company and it was resolved/fixed within a few hours (it has taken more than a day in the past when I’ve called!). I was quite surprised at how they cleaned up after excavating for the 6 inch drainage pipes. They estimated 5 days to complete the work and finished in 3 days. While I was not excited to spend that much to fix the problem, we knew we needed to address the improper drainage. Additionally, while I feel that I know what needed to be done and probably could have done so myself for less money, it would have taken me 3 months, not 3 days with my schedule. Overall, I’ve been pleased with the work and may have them come back and address an additional drainage issue in our yard in the future."
