"I had 2 cold bedrooms that were over an attached 3 car garage. The temperature would drop sometimes more than 10 degrees in those 2 rooms and the floor would feel cold. After researching the issue online, it began clear that insulation would definitely be needed and this was a common issue for a lot of people. I began my search on Angie's List and located this company. I sent them a message through Angie's List very late on a Saturday night, just hoping to get a phone call when they started work Monday morning. To my surprise, I got a returned message within 30 minutes through Angie's List which was awesome! I followed up with the company on Monday morning to discuss my issue and we agreed that a lack of insulation between the garage and the bedrooms was a large portion of my problem while talking over the phone. We made an appointment for Saturday between 10 and 11am for an estimate. At 11:30am when no one had showed up or called me, I called and was told he was still working on a job and would be there between 1 and 1:30pm. At 1pm someone did arrive and began to look at the 2 bedrooms. After looking into the attic I was told that was my problem and nothing else was looked at. I asked multiple times if he would to look in the garage to make sure that there were no issues and it was only in my attic and I was continually told it was not necessary and he would just blow insulation into the small access area in front of the knee wall. i called around to receive additional estimates and all the other companies took the time to show me where my issues were with pictures and thorough evaluations. It turns out, between my garage ceiling and bedroom floors has a 27 inch space with only 10 inches of insulation in it. So the quote from this company would have not corrected my issue and I would still have cold bedrooms especially my floors. I don't disagree that my attic insulation was lacking, but much more of my problem came from the floor and without addressing both, this would have been a waste of money. The price for attic insulation installed was okay, not the best, but was far from the worst. I did not hire this company because of the no call no show for the original appointment time and the lack of a thorough evaluation which would have not fully addressed my issue."

"These guys came out right away, gave me a fair price and did the job great ! The toughest part was removing old insulation, getting it out of my house and cleaning it all up. They did all that and sealed up my basement tight ! Using their foam insulation they filled in all gaps. And they did it in one day ! We now notice our house stays a little warmer and no more mice !
